I picked up a Mercedes A Class AMG line today, thats only part of the story, the service has been A1. From the moment I set foot at at 777 Autos i was welcomed very warmly by Jack and Michael. Jack showed me the vehicle, welcomed me and my partner, took time, no hard sell just answered the questions i had succulently and fully, I was already impressed. Then prior to test drive Jack got the coffees in and then we were off, the felt clean and tip top. Moving onto the paper work, Michael was so helpful, i hadnt bought a car for 6 years, was very rusty and Michael took all the stress out of it, even helping me on a better insurance deal. The knowledge and professionalism with this pair is refreshing to see and experience they are a commentary double act. And all the way through they were positive, professional, and very helpful. I would recommend 777 ltd not only to my own family and friends but to anyone else who is looking for a good fairly priced vehicle thats been properly looked over. So a shout out and thanks to both Jack and Mike.

Exceptional!
The BEST car purchase experience I have ever had. The sales approach was straight forward, waffle free, and absolutely without pressure. Jack returned to the showroom after hours so I could view, and test drive the car. He then opened the showroom at 10pm! so I could collect the car. He was even prepared to deliver it the 188 miles to my house. I don't foresee a need for another car, as the one I bought is superb, but 777 Automotive Ltd would definitely be my first port of call. Truly excellent and very professional. We dealt with John and entire process was was a dream. Really pleasant on the phone when I first enquired about the car's availability, and our request for an early 8am was no trouble for them. Felt zero pressure when looking around the car and was told to take our time and take a thorough test drive. Very approachable when discussing the structure of the deal and again zero sales pressure. Outstanding after sales communication when arranging delivery and transfer of log book. Absolutely felt valued as a customer. I'd certainly recommend and their approach to business really is an example to others.
